Office Hours vary giving as much flexibility as possible to offering evening and weekend hours. Due to late appointment times, we generally do not offer early appoint hours.

New patient appointment times are generally between 10 AM and 3 PM. Existing patients typically have later hours; these will open up in time. We ask people to rquest weekend hours when there is no alternative.

A 24 hour notice must be given prior to a scheduled session start time to cancel or change time and avoid a full session late charge. ($195 a session or $225 for the one time Diagnostic session) There is an exception for illness with doctor verification. Please leave ample time for construction or weather delays.  If businesses are closed due to weather I will contact you. If it is after 24 hours and I have an opening prior to that scheduled appointment time I will wave the full private fee charge and give you that time slot. I also may contact you if I need to change your appointment time and will offer you an earlier time, if I can. I apologize in advance for my needing to change appointments occasionally - it Is what I need to do to have the flexibility of offering late day appointment times to long standing patients .

Initial paperwork needs to be returned electronically 72 hours before the starting time of the initial session to hold the time slot.

It is important rather than text when requesting a new or modification to an existing appointment time.

If you are an existing patient and have not filled out the newly established patient packet - please do so and return electronically 72 hours prior to the starting time of your next appointment to hold the appointment time.
